Ece, bir gece travmatik bir olayın ardından evden kaçar; cebinde kanlı elleri, kucağında bir oyuncak ayıyla kendini sokaklara atar. Sığındığı eski bir arkadaşının evinde hem fiziksel hem duygusal olarak çökmüş hâldedir. Zihninde beliren gizemli bir kız çocuğu figürü onun peşini bırakmaz. Bu hayal ile gerçeğin iç içe geçtiği yolculukta Ece, geçirdiği düşükle yüzleşir ve hem anneliğe hem de geçmişte bastırdığı kimliğine dair derin bir sorgulama yaşar. Annesinin karşısına çıktığında, yıllar süren suskunluklar ve acılar bir bir açığa çıkar. İçimdeki Boşluk, bir kadının travma, annelik ve kendini affetme sürecini, düşle gerçeğin iç içe geçtiği, duygusal ve şiirsel bir anlatımla işler.

​After a traumatic night, Ece flees her home with blood on her hands and a stuffed bear in her arms. Seeking refuge in the apartment of an estranged friend, she spirals between silence, guilt, and physical exhaustion. As the night unfolds, she begins to see a mysterious little girl. Caught between hallucination and memory, Ece is forced to confront the miscarriage she has been trying to suppress and the deep-rooted pain surrounding motherhood, loss, and shame. Her journey leads her to a bitter confrontation with her own mother, where long-buried wounds rise to the surface. The Void Inside is a lyrical and emotionally raw portrait of trauma, fractured identity, and the aching process of self-forgiveness.

 

 

TREATMANIN İLK SAYFASI & FIRST PAGE OF TREATMENT

 

TR:

1) YATAK ODASI / İÇ - GECE

Ece'nin önce tuvalet önünde titreyen elleri, sonra da korku ve şok içindeki yüzü görülür. Gözleri yaşlıdır, makyajı akmıştır ama yüzü ifadesizdir. Bu ifadesizliğini koruyarak tuvaletin ışığını kapatır ve yavaş adımlarla yatağın yanından geçer. Yatağın üstündeki bir oyuncak ayıya odaklanır kamera. Vücudu titreyemeye devam ederken sessizce, sevgilisini uyandırmamaya özen göstererek odadan çıkar.

 

2)  EV GİRİŞİ / İÇ - GECE

Ece, yüzündeki ifadesizliği korumaya devam ederek paltosunu alır, üstüne geçirir ve anahtarı cebine koyar. Sanki üşüyormuş gibi paltosuna ve kendisini sıkıca sarılarır, dönüp arkasına bakar. Kapıyı açıp evden dışarı adım atar.

 

3) APARTMAN ÖNÜ / DIŞ – GECE

Ece, ağır demir kapıdan dışarı çıktıktan sonra, ellerini kapıya yaslayarak derin bir nefes alır. Gözünden bir damla yaş akar. Hızlıca elinin tersiyle onu sildikten sonra yürümeye başlar. Yüzünde az önce olmayan hafif bir kan lekesi belirir, eliyle gözyaşını sildikten sonra. Evdeki adımlarının tam aksi şeklinde hızlı adımlarla oradan uzaklaşır.

 

4) SOKAK / DIŞ - GECE

Ece sokakta şok ve hüzün dolu bir ifadeyle yürümeye devam eder, hala hafifçe titremektedir. Yoldan geçenler gecenin bu karanlığında tek başına böyle bir ifadeyle yürüyen Ece’ye tuhaf bir şekilde bakmaktadır ama o onları umursamaz, kafasını bir kere sağa veya sola çevirmez, kimseyle göz göze gelmez. Biraz daha yürüdükten sonra kaldırımın ortasında, yerde bir oyuncak ayı görür. Onu almak için eğildiğinde elinden oyuncağa kan bulaştırır. Bunu fark etmez ya da umursamaz. Oyuncağı yanına alır, sıkıca ona sarılır ve yürümeye devam eder.

EN:

1) BEDROOM / INT – NIGHT
We first see Ece’s trembling hands in front of the bathroom, followed by her face—filled with fear and shock. Her eyes are teary, her makeup is smeared, but her face remains expressionless. Maintaining this blank expression, she turns off the bathroom light and walks slowly past the bed. The camera focuses on a stuffed bear lying on the bed. Her body still trembling, she quietly leaves the room, careful not to wake her partner.

 

2) HOME ENTRANCE / INT – NIGHT
Still wearing the same blank expression, Ece grabs her coat, puts it on, and places the keys in her pocket. As if cold, she wraps the coat tightly around herself, hugs her body, and turns to look behind her. She opens the door and steps outside.

 

3) IN FRONT OF APARTMENT / EXT – NIGHT
After passing through the heavy iron door, Ece leans her hands against it and takes a deep breath. A single tear rolls down her cheek. She quickly wipes it away with the back of her hand and begins to walk. A faint blood stain appears on her face—likely transferred from her hand after wiping her tear. Her pace now contrasts sharply with her quiet steps inside the house; she walks away quickly.

 

4) STREET / EXT – NIGHT
Ec continues down the street with an expression filled with shock and sorrow. She’s still trembling slightly. Passersby, noticing her walking alone with such a look in the dark of night, glance at her curiously. But Ece doesn’t care. She doesn’t turn her head, doesn’t make eye contact with anyone. After walking a bit further, she spots a stuffed bear lying in the middle of the sidewalk. As she bends down to pick it up, she unknowingly smears blood onto the toy. She either doesn’t notice or doesn’t care. She hugs the toy tightly and continues walking.
